Personally I find the simplest way is to wet the braids with water and conditioner mix. If you used human hair braids they slip off easily but synthetics you will have to do the usual unbraiding!

Nice way of putting it! It's actually the weight of the water combined with the slip that water gives that causes the micros to slip. But when washed in big braids, this doesn't happen.

I worn Micros for the first time. I experienced a lot of pulling from scalp of strands of hair. I thought maybe it was because of my hair being too tight. But I realize when I wash my micros even though I wasn't doing any rubbing that when the hair is wet it get's really heavy. So, after the first time I wash it is when I experience the tugging and pulling. This article is very beneficial and since I thank God for you taking out the time to go through these steps to keep the hair healthy and fully reap the benefits of having the hair micro braided.
